Commitment

The Reparations Finance Lab Fellowship will convene virtually. Our fellowship is a structured curated learning opportunity for professionals and students.

Reparations fellows are passionate, collaborative, and innovative leaders with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who believe in mobilizing capital to repair centuries of damage and harm to the descendants of the Transatlantic Slave Trade and caused by colonialism.

Curriculum

Our fellowship centers on repair and reparative justice. RFL will provide leadership to help close the global Black-White wealth gap between nation-states, communities, and individuals. This intervention is designed to deliver financial justice to those harmed by economic exploitation including chattel slavery, colonialism, Jim Crow, legal segregation, modern-day prejudice, and racial discrimination. Learning will be guided by some of the nation’s leading voices in Reparations and Reparative Justice, and self-guided modules and content. As a result of participation in this program, fellows can expect to participate in cutting edge innovations and models for financial accountability and Reparations, in place of the rhetoric only model. Our fellowship is designed to promote a 360 view/holistic view of repair and create future contributing leaders in the field of reparative justice.
